DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on clothing. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric.
We use the DTG method for most of our apparel. That's because it yields quality prints, it's cost-effective for one-off orders, and there's almost no limit to the colors and fine detail you can use in your designs.

This American Apparel® 2408 unisex fine jersey tank top boasts a nice drape, which is ideal for layering or dealing with the summer heat. In true American Apparel style, the tank is extremely smooth and soft, and has reinforced arm and head holes.

Fabric care instructions
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors
- Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
- Printed just for you - since each item is printed on demand please allow 6-12 BUSINESS days (Monday through Friday) (including production/print time) for an order to arrive at your door. Also, during busy seasons, such as holidays and sale times, or during new product releases, shipment arrival times may increase to 2-7 business days. If concerned about time-frame please inquire with us before purchasing.
- We work in collaboration with a professional print shop to produce our items. We do not print them in studio, so we cannot control production time, so please do not purchase in the hopes that we can speed up production time. This is out of our hands.
- Production/print time ranges from 4-7 business days and then shipping occurs after that. Also, time frames are subject to availability. Time frames can increase, if colors or sizes ordered are out of stock at the time an order is placed. We will however try our best to let you know if there is to be any kind of delay in your order.
- US standard shipping ranges from 2-5 business days.
- International standard shipping ranges from 7-14 business days depending on which country you are from.
How do I track my order?
We will send email you with tracking number after your order. You can track your order using this code and link. Your tracking number will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped.
When will I receive my item?
Please allow 4-7 working days for processing and 2-5 working days for standard shipping. On average, your order gets processed and delivered within 12 working days or less.. You can 'Contact Us' or email firstname.lastname@example.org for specific shipping times.
Custom and personalized orders
Because each order is made specifically for you, you should ALWAYS triple check the sizing/color before ordering as they cannot be undone.
What if I am not home for the delivery?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually (but not always) the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages.
Package has "Delivered" status, but I have not received it?
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
I placed an order but I can't find a confirmation email... What is going on?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at email@example.com
Can I change my order/address?
Though we highly encourage you to double-check colors, sizes, and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the next day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
We process our orders very quickly to ensure we can get them printed and shipped to our customers as soon as we possibly can! Because of this we cannot usually change or cancel your order once you have placed it. Please make sure to check all information very carefully before ordering.
I don't want the product anymore. Can I return it?
If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product.
When are your Christmas shipping deadlines?
We recommend keeping in mind these last shipping dates to guarantee that your order arrives in time for Christmas. If you order after the dates listed below we will still process your order and ship it to you and it may get to you before Christmas but we cannot guarantee that it will.
